The Decree «On Foreign Gratuitous Assistance» has been published. The first conclusions.
The decree was published on May 25, 2020 and brought unexpected changes. In the same month Lawtrend initiated a collective appeal to the Department of Humanitarian Affairs with a number of proposals.
