“RADA” at the General Assembly of the European Youth Forum in Brussels

On May 9 – 10, the Belarusian National Youth Council “RADA” took part in the General Assembly of the European Youth Forum (YFJ), which was held in Brussels. The Forum is the largest platform of youth organisations in Europe, bringing together over 100 member organisations and representing tens of millions of young people across the continent. “RADA” participated as a full member of the European Youth Forum.

Our representatives, Yulia Ralko (the International Secretary of “RADA”) and Aleksandra Dojnicz (the board member of the “RADA”), were present at the Assembly, actively contributing to the discussions and decisions shaping European youth movement.

The General Assembly of the European Youth Forum (YFJ) served not only as a decision-making platform but also as a powerful celebration of youth democracy in action. Together, participants worked on a shared vision for a fairer and more inclusive Europe.

“RADA” remains a strong voice for Belarusian youth in European democratic processes. Our participation in the General Assembly reaffirmed our commitment to defending youth rights and promoting international solidarity — especially in the face of growing repression in our region and beyond.
We were grateful to all those who made this event possible — the organisers, volunteers, delegates, and youth activists. Their energy, ideas, and commitment are what continue to drive the European youth movement forward.
